Where can I purchase Madison items?
Madison works with a dealer network and does not deliver directly to the end consumer. We deliver exclusively to companies. For our products, visit one of our dealers near you.
Please note: Our dealer locator only exists of dealers in The Netherlands.
Where can I turn for warranty issues?
Since we work with a dealer network, we recommend contacting the relevant dealer where you purchased your product(s) at the time.
They will be your first point of contact for questions regarding the product.
Our dealers will also be responsible for any warranty and/or repair of your purchase, or they can order parts for you from us.

How can I become a dealer of Madison items?
You can become a dealer of Madison items by leaving your company details here and ticking Become a Madison dealer. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
How can I request a showroom appointment?
You can request a showroom appointment via our contact form. Please tick the reason: Request a showroom appointment.
How can I request an appointment to discuss Concept store options?
You can request an appointment via our contact form and tick the option Interested in concept store.
MY ACCOUNT
What can I find under My data?
In this overview you can be the customer data known to us, such as your customer number and contact details. In addition, you can change your password and submit a request for change your data in this menu.
What can I find under My order history?
This overview shows all your placed orders, including those not placed via the web shop. You can also copy or export your orders here in the form of an Excel file. You can also download the EAN codes and images per order.
What can I find under My weborders?
This overview shows only your placed web orders. Furthermore, you can copy or export your orders here in the form of an Excel file. You can also download the EAN codes and images per order.
What can I find under My invoices?
This overview contains all invoices for orders placed. You can copy or export the complete overview as an Excel file (.xlsx or .csv) or PDF. Would you like to export an individual invoice? Then click the PDF button on the right-hand side of the invoice line.
What can I find under My creditinvoices?
In this overview you will find all creditinvoices of placed orders. You can copy or export the complete overview as an Excel file (.xlsx or .csv) or PDF. Do you want to export an individual credit note? Then click the PDF button on the right-hand side of the credit note line.
What can I find under My favorites?
You can mark products as favourites by clicking on the heart in the catalogue or on the product page, so you can find them quickly for repeat or future orders. Under ‘My favourites’, you can easily manage them and organise them into lists for more overview. To create a new favourites list, the ‘+ new favourites list’ option is at the top right.
The favourites list has two useful functions:
- In shopping bag: This button places all items from your favourites list into your basket at once.
- PDF: Downloads a PDF file of your favourites list with image.
What can I find under Account settings?
In this overview, you can change the following account settings:
- E-mail language: You can set the preferred language for receiving e-mails from the portal here.
- Search results display mode: Choose how your search results are displayed, e.g. as a list or overview.
- Localisation: Set your location for relevant functionalities and settings.
- CSV separator: Define the separator for CSV files, such as a comma or semicolon.
What can I find under My concept orders?
It is possible that we compile an order for you, for example on the basis of a request for a quotation or telephone contact. In that case, the compiled order will be added to your account as a concept order.
A concept order is not yet final. You need to convert it into a definite order in the webshop yourself. You can find your concept order under ‘My draft orders’ and have the following options:
- View
- Export to CSV
- Export to PDF
- In shopping bag
- Delete
What can I find under My open orderlines?
This overview shows all open order lines. A possible dispatch date is indicated for each line. However, please note that this is not always the exact dispatch date, as dispatch only takes place when there is sufficient stock available for delivery. Do you have any questions about this? If so, please contact us at sales@madison.nl.

I have forgotten my login details. What should I do?
Have you forgotten your password?
- You can request a new password with your user name. Click on the login button and then on the Forgot password option. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address known to us. Have you not received anything? If so, please contact us via the contact form or by email to sales@madison.nl.

How can I order from Madison?
Ordering is possible if you are a customer and logged into our B2B customer portal. Are you not yet a customer or are you a side and do not yet have a login? Then please fill in our contact form.
Please note: We deliver exclusively to business customers.
Where can I find the product information?
Click on the product whose information you need. At the bottom of the product detail page is all the information you need. If you still miss something, please contact sales@madison.nl or via the contact form.
Where can images of Madison products be downloaded?
You can download the images individually by right-clicking and then clicking download. If you are a customer and logged in, there is a function to download all the images from your order at once. This then becomes a ZIP file.
Our customers can add a copy of our Customer Dropbox 2025 in the downloads tab to then download the images in high resolution.
Where can I find the instructions for the Madison parasols?
You can find the instruction videos for your parasol at:

Why can't I find an item in the webshop?
It is possible that an item is discontinued and no longer in our collection. However, an alternative is often available on our webshop. If you still have any questions about this article, please get in touch via the contact form.
