Where can I purchase Madison items?
Madison works with a dealer network and does not deliver directly to the end consumer. We deliver exclusively to companies. For our products, visit one of our dealers near you.
Where can I turn for warranty issues?
Since we work with a dealer network, we recommend contacting the relevant dealer where you purchased your product(s) at the time.
They will be your first point of contact for questions regarding the product.
Our dealers will also be responsible for any warranty and/or repair of your purchase, or they can order parts for you from us.

How can I become a dealer of Madison items?
You can become a dealer of Madison items by leaving your company details here and ticking Become a Madison dealer. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You can request a showroom appointment via our contact form. Please tick the reason: Request a showroom appointment.
How can I request an appointment to discuss Concept store options?

How can I order products from Madison?
You can order our products, if you are a customer and have logged into our B2B customer portal.
Why can't I find an item in the webshop?
It is possible that an item is discontinued and no longer in our collection. However, an alternative is often available on our webshop.
I have forgotten my login details. What should I do?
Have you forgotten your password?
- You can request a new password with your user name. Click on the login button and then on the Forgot password option. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address known to us. Have you not received anything? If so, please contact us via the contact form or by email to sales@madison.nl.

Where can I find the product information?
Click on the product whose information you need. At the bottom of the product detail page is all the information you need. If you still miss something, please contact sales@madison.nl or via the contact form.
Where can images of Madison products be downloaded?
You can download the images individually by right-clicking and then clicking download. If you are a customer and logged in, there is a function to download all the images from your order at once. This then becomes a ZIP file.
Our customers can add a copy of our Customer Dropbox 2025 in the downloads tab to then download the images in high resolution.
Where can I find the instructions for the Madison parasols?
You can find instructional videos for your parasol on our YouTube channel and on Vimeo.
